The Coronavirus is having an impact on all our services please read the following. We will update the information as soon as we can.
Please do not send a client to a Distribution Centre before you have checked the locations page on the website. Centres are having to close in order to protect their volunteers. If you are an agency and hold our vouchers then please make sure you read our email regarding the non contact voucher system. If you don’t hold voucher but would like to then please call 01384 671 250 to discuss this.
Please keep donating. Our stock levels are already beginning to decrease. We rely solely on donations and we can’t provide our food and toiletry parcels without support.
We are doing all we can to adhere to the cautionary Government guidelines at all of centres; social distancing is in place (2m apart) and packs are being collected/issued at the door. Please be observant of this and support our volunteers to ensure the safety of everyone.
BCFB are receiving overwhelming amounts of offers of support from many kind people every day. We are extremely grateful of this and if you have been in touch, we will contact you when needed. If you do want to help in some capacity, Dudley CVS are co-ordinating local efforts and you can contact them to offer individual or group support. Their number is 01384 573 381. Once registered, they will contact you when a volunteering opportunity arises.
