How can I get a food parcel?

You must get a voucher from an agency such as a Family Centre (www.childrenscentres.dudley.org www.mywalsall.org www.sandwell.gov.uk) or a Citizens Advice Bureau (www.citizensadvice.org.uk).

Where can I take a voucher?

You can take the voucher to any of our distribution centres across the Black Country - please see the locations page for your nearest centre.

What will happen when I arrive at the centre?

You will be asked for your voucher and then offered a seat whilst a volunteer makes up your food parcel.

How much food is provided in one parcel?

Three days or ten meals approximately.

What if I need another voucher?

Please go back to the agency/place that gave you your first voucher and speak to them about further help.

How long is a voucher valid for?

A voucher is valid for seven days - if you are unable to get to a foodbank within seven days, please go back to the agency/place that gave you the voucher.
